This Maple Apple Cider Vinaigrette is the only dressing you will need this season. It pairs so well with all fall vegetables and salads. You can drizzle it over roasted vegetables, salads, grain bowls, and more.

INGREDIENTS:
RECIPE:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/4 red onion
2-3 garlic cloves
1/4 of an avocado or 2 tablespoons yogurt
2 teaspoons maple syrup
Lemon juice (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
RECIPE:
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add more salt and pepper to taste of necessary.
